Naga Win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

In the event of a suspension pending investigation, any balance in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned to you within 5 business days.

The Naga Win platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, there are limits to our liability:

• Service Disruptions: Naga Win is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or internet outages beyond our control.
